When paying for Toyota Financial Services Vietnam Company Limited (TFSVC), please note the following points:

1.The payment amount due each period is shown in the Payment Schedule attached to the Credit Contract or Payment Schedule adjusted periodically

2.You make payment to TFSVN by one of the following methods:

Method 1. Payment via designated account M678 at Techcombank (HCM Branch)

• Account number: M678[Car_plate_number]
• Account name: TFSVN–Customer’s Full Name–Car Plate Number
• Transfer description: Car plate number – Owner’s full name

Example:Customer’s name: Nguyen Van A, owning a car with license plate 25A06813. When making the payment, please proceed as follows:

– Account number: M67825A06813

– Account name: TFSVN–NGUYEN VAN A–25A06813

– Transfer description: Nguyen Van A – 25A06813

Notes:

– The account number consists of the prefix M678 followed by the car plate number 25A06813 without any space.

– The account name must be written in capital letters, without accents, and exactly as instructed.

– Transfer description: You may write the car plate number and the owner’s name.

Method 2. Payment via Techcombank to TFSVN’s bank account

• Account number: 10221579904016
• Account name: TFSVN
• Bank: Techcombank – HCM Branch
• Transfer description: Car plate number – Owner’s full name – Loan contract number

Notes:The transfer description must include: Car plate number + Owner’s name + Loan contract number written continuously, without spaces or special characters.

Method 3. Cash payment via Payoo

You may visit any Payoo payment points such as Vinmart+, Circle K, Family Mart, FPT Shop, or other stores/post offices/transaction points partnered with Payoo, and provide the following 2 details for payment:

– Service provider: Toyota Finance (Toyota Financial Services Vietnam)

– Contract number: 10 digits of the Loan Contract

Notes:The minimum payment value at Payoo is VND 1,000,000 and the maximum is VND 20,000,000 per transaction.

GENERAL NOTES:

Payments are considered valid only when credited into TFSVN’s account. Therefore, please allow sufficient transfer time from your bank to ensure the funds arrive at TFSVN’s account no later than the due date stated in your payment schedule, to avoid late payment interest or penalties.

One (01) day after making the payment, please send an SMS with the syntax: dadong 25A06813 to 8079 to verify the amount paid.

You can prepay partial or full of the loan, however, you must be subject to Early Principal Payment if you choose the Optimal Interest Rate. For FLEXIBLE Interest Rates, you are not subject to Early Principal Payment Interest. In any case, you must notify HFSVN in writing in accordance with the credit contract signed between you and HFSVN.

To simplify the procedure for you, you and HFSVN agree to pledge the loan-formed car as a collateral for the loan. The consideration of loan rates as well as interest rates is based on factors other than collateral.

For the convenience of customers, with the one-stop shop model, the agent’s sales staff can receive your documents and then transfer them to HFSVN. HFSVN will review your application and contact you when necessary. Please refer to the list of Authorized Toyota Dealers here.

HFSVN’s credit decision is based on many factors, including financial and non-financial factors. Monthly income is just one financial factor among the factors to consider.

You need to prove that your income is stable, regular and enough to ensure the repayment of your loan.

Currently, you can download the registration for car loan, but HFSVN has not yet accepted online registration.

You can send your information and requests through the “Contact” section of HFSVN’s website and HFSVN will contact you as soon as possible.

Before disbursement is made, you must purchase the insurance for a minimum of 12 months. You can buy it year by year and renew it later, making sure the loan car is insured during the term of the credit contract.

If you wish, you can also buy for the loan term according to your agreement and the Insurance Company.

You must purchase an insurance for your car because it is a collateral for your credit.

You need to purchase car insurance for the duration of the credit contract at Insurance Companies approved by HFSVN. List of insurance companies approved by HFSVN:

– Bao Viet Insurance Corporation (Bao Viet) – Liberty Insurance Company Limited – PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Company (PVI) – Post and Telecommunication Insurance Corporation (PTI)

Vehicle is the collateral for your loan at HFSVN, therefore, HFSVN will keep the Vehicle Registration Certificate and other documents related to vehicle ownership (if any). The car registration certificate will be photocopied, and stamped for confirmation by HFSVN before sending it to you for use. Postal delivery times may vary from time to time and depend on the address where the Certificate of Vehicle Registration is sent.

To ensure that the letter sent to you is not lost or returned by the post office, please note that the mailing address is completely and accurately recorded in the car loan application. After disbursing, if you change your address, please notify in writing HFSVN staff at the agent, or send it to HFSVN office.

Currently, the validity period of a copy of the car registration certificate (certified by HFSVN) is 6 months from the date HFSVN signs it for certification. No later than 7 days before the copy of your Car Registration Certificate expires, HFSVN will automatically send it to you at the address you registered if you:

– Paid in full according to the Payment Schedule. There are no more overdue debts at the time mentioned above.

– Your vehicle insurance policy is still valid. If it has expired, please send a new Certificate of Insurance (copy of Policy, Certificate of Insurance and Bill of Insurance) to HFSVN’s Office.

HFSVN wishes that you keep a copy of the Certificate of Vehicle Registration carefully, avoiding tearing / damage. In case of tear/damage, you can send a written request to HFSVN staff at HFSVN Agent or office. HFSVN will consider re-issuing another copy to you and you may be charged a fee for this request.

After you have paid off the loan at HFSVN, you can directly contact the HFSVN office to schedule a date to get the original documents.

In case you cannot come to HFSVN’s office, HFSVN will transfer your original documents to the Hino dealer where you bought the car within 3 working days from the date HFSVN receives the full payment. Agent or HFSVN staff will invite you to come and receive the documents. You will be asked to sign to confirm receipt of all documents.
