2.2. Making cash payment via Payoo and Viettel: You can go to Payoo payment points (sign) such as Vinmart +, Cirkle K, Family Mart, FPT shop … or shops / post offices / authorized transaction points of Viettel and provide the following two information:

– Service provider name: Toyota Finance (Toyota Financial Services Vietnam)

– Contract number: (last 6 digits on the attached card) Note: minimum value of each payment transaction via Payoo or Viettel is 1 million VND, maximum is 20 million VND.

2.3. Making payments via Airpay or Payoo e-wallet: to use the service, you need to have an account at the banks associated with Airpay or Paoo. After that, you start to use the service by: 1. Downloading the program “”Airpay e-wallet”” or “”Payoo”” from App Store or Google Play.

You should save the money transfer orders through the bank so that you can reconcile when necessary.

You can prepay partial or full of the loan, however, you must be subject to Early Principal Payment if you choose the Optimal Interest Rate. HFSVN’s credit decision is based on many factors, including financial and non-financial factors. Monthly income is just one financial factor among the factors to consider.

You need to prove that your income is stable, regular and enough to ensure the repayment of your loan.

Currently, you can download the registration for car loan, but HFSVN has not yet accepted online registration.

You can send your information and requests through the “Contact” section of HFSVN’s website and HFSVN will contact you as soon as possible.

Before disbursement is made, you must purchase the insurance for a minimum of 12 months. You can buy it year by year and renew it later, making sure the loan car is insured during the term of the credit contract.

If you wish, you can also buy for the loan term according to your agreement and the Insurance Company.

You must purchase an insurance for your car because it is a collateral for your credit.

You need to purchase car insurance for the duration of the credit contract at Insurance Companies approved by HFSVN. List of insurance companies approved by HFSVN:

– Bao Viet Insurance Corporation (Bao Viet) – Liberty Insurance Company Limited – PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Company (PVI) – Post and Telecommunication Insurance Corporation (PTI)

Vehicle is the collateral for your loan at HFSVN, therefore, HFSVN will keep the Vehicle Registration Certificate and other documents related to vehicle ownership (if any). The car registration certificate will be photocopied, and stamped for confirmation by HFSVN before sending it to you for use. Postal delivery times may vary from time to time and depend on the address where the Certificate of Vehicle Registration is sent.

To ensure that the letter sent to you is not lost or returned by the post office, please note that the mailing address is completely and accurately recorded in the car loan application. After disbursing, if you change your address, please notify in writing HFSVN staff at the agent, or send it to HFSVN office.

Currently, the validity period of a copy of the car registration certificate (certified by HFSVN) is 6 months from the date HFSVN signs it for certification. No later than 7 days before the copy of your Car Registration Certificate expires, HFSVN will automatically send it to you at the address you registered if you:

– Paid in full according to the Payment Schedule. There are no more overdue debts at the time mentioned above.

– Your vehicle insurance policy is still valid. If it has expired, please send a new Certificate of Insurance (copy of Policy, Certificate of Insurance and Bill of Insurance) to HFSVN’s Office.

HFSVN wishes that you keep a copy of the Certificate of Vehicle Registration carefully, avoiding tearing / damage. In case of tear/damage, you can send a written request to HFSVN staff at HFSVN Agent or office. HFSVN will consider re-issuing another copy to you and you may be charged a fee for this request.

After you have paid off the loan at HFSVN, you can directly contact the HFSVN office to schedule a date to get the original documents.

In case you cannot come to HFSVN’s office, HFSVN will transfer your original documents to the Hino dealer where you bought the car within 3 working days from the date HFSVN receives the full payment. Agent or HFSVN staff will invite you to come and receive the documents. You will be asked to sign to confirm receipt of all documents.
